Roxana is a seasoned project leader with more than 24 years of experience leading complex infrastructure and building projects. After immigrating from El Salvador to New York City, she built a career distinguished by technical excellence, safety, and collaborative leadership. Combining architectural vision with an engineering foundation, she guides multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-performing projects that balance design intent, constructability, quality, and lasting value.
Holding both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering, Roxana brings a rare blend of design thinking and technical precision to her work. Her interdisciplinary expertise allows her to navigate complex projects with clarity, ensuring coordination, efficiency, and successful outcomes from concept through construction.
