Rithika Vedapuri holds a bachelor of architecture from Pratt Institute, NY and is now a design associate at NAWI, where she works across programming, test fitting, FF&E selection, and coordinated project execution to help shape thoughtful, human-centered environments. She contributes to multiple phases of design, focusing on test-fitting and ensuring that client needs, operational goals, and spatial clarity translate into buildable, well‑organized solutions.

Alongside project work, Rithika supports NAWI’s business development and internal operations by preparing project decks, organizing workflows, and helping establish systems that strengthen the studio’s growing practice. Her previous experience includes large-scale master planning and mixed-use developments across the US and the Middle East, supported by certifications in LEED GA, Fitwel, and OSHA‑10. She brings a strategic, collaborative approach to both design and firm-building, contributing to NAWI’s evolving studio culture.
